Truly unique gluten free crust made of potato and polenta base that gives a somewhat fry-like dense taste that stands out. This really tasted like eating pizza on a base of fries and it was delicious! I got the Pesto Pedaler which was a great combination of flavours that I have never seen put together before. I would highly recommend it on any crust.
Unfortunately I was short on time so I ordered take out and as a result can’t comment too much on the atmosphere of the restaurant. However, I did walk in to pick up my pizza. It was a chill vibe with friendly staff and a smooth pick up experience. I’d definitely go back for a cool date or hang out with friends.
Overall, a unique gluten free gem that’s worth making the trip to visit if you’re a celiac travelling in the vicinity.
